COMMANDER SA-5000

Designed by truck model-makers, made for truck model-makers.This is the new family of the ScaleART Commander systems. They combine easy operation with numerous functions which are typically used in vehicles or construction machines. This includes the way in which settings are being saved:

All configurations related to the model are also saved in the model. In this way, the function is always available no matter which Commander transmitter is used. This is perfect for model making clubs but also for each driver who possesses more than one transmitter. The change-over from one model to another is performed at the push of a button without need to switch over on the vehicle itself. 

The large transmitter SA-5000 is designed as console; it offers 8 proportional and 14 switch function in the standard version. Depending on the type of equipment up to 14 proportional and 20 switch channels are available. In the two large displays (diagonal 94mm and 81mm) the current assignments and statuses of the operating elements are displayed so that a clear operation is provided even for complex models. By default, it is with 3D-sticks, twin sticks and a third joystick equipped. It has a slot for SD cards, this is the first place to secure data and secondly for software updates. Updates of the beneficiaries will be made-wireless-also in this way. 

Since the demand in high quality technique does not end with the function, it was a necessary consequence to "pack" the trendsetting technique accordingly.

After careful consideration and some tests we finally decided for a certainly unusual solution. The housings of the Commanders are milled from a massive block of aluminium on most modern CNC machines. After completion and finishing, the surfaces are refined with an anodized layer. The user interfaces of the Commanders are made of hardened glass, all icons, etc. are printed on the back. This has a good reason... scratched and difficult to read displays have always been annoying; with the Commander they are a thing of the past. We can therefore guarantee you that your Commanders won't loose neither their attractiveness nor their function even after many years of use.
