The display

Another highlight is the 4.3 inch color display. This corresponds to a displayable area of 98 x 57 mm. The font size of 4.8 mm is easy to read and with a brightness of >500cd/m² everything is easy to see even in daylight. Model images, telemetry images can be displayed. Likewise, the menu texts are pre-installed in 3 languages (German, English, Bavarian) and can be exchanged/changed by the user.

A powerful lithium ion battery with a capacity of 10400mAh at 3.7 V is used as power supply. Different charging/operating modes are available: Gentle mode (30..80%), Power mode (10...100%), Transport (completely separate from the system), Storage (at 60%).

The unit has an automatic power source detection (at USB).

Charging via micro USB (2.5A USB power supply included). Any USB power supply is recognized.

Transmitter Receiver

Operates according to IEEE 802.15.1 (2.4GHz) standard.

Meets EN 300328 V1.8.1 requirement.

Transmit power regulated between 5 and 100mW.

Range under ideal condition: 1000m.

Telemetry range is equal to transmitter range.

Processor

4 processors share the tasks for connection, operation, telemetry, display and battery.

Internal and extension RS485, RS232TTL, I²C bus system

The housing

The completely new developed housing is made of polystyrene and is therefore very light and resistant. With a weight of only 1100 grams, it is 10% lighter, when equipped with 2D joysticks, compared to the system V1.6.

The surface is treated with 2k lacquer + clear varnish and is available in 6 colors as standard.

The standard colors are: RAL 5004 Black, RAL 5022 Midnight blue, RAL 6011 Reseda green, RAL 9016 Traffic white, RAL 1007 Daffodil yellow, RAL 3020 Traffic red.
